Cara is an important part of Ogden Clinic's Medical Weight Loss team: A group of providers who help patients maintain their weight and healthy lifestyles. Her clinical interests are weight management, maternal and child nutrition, functional nutrition, and chronic disease prevention. Cara is passionate about helping individuals and families meet their health goals. In addition to her expertise as a Dietitian, Cara is also an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and enjoys that aspect of healthcare as well.
